If you like deluded villains and well-intentioned extremists, then you'll definitely like Symphonia's villain. Probably Abyss's too if you pick it up.
I like those that have a combination of skill and strategy most. That's why I love BK, I think, and BKO even more. You have to THINK fast, and know your deck by heart, and anticipate everything... and you also need godamn reflexes XD That being said, Golden Sun is one of my favourite games ever and it's just strategy, so... I think the complexity of the system made up for it. That and the depth of the characters.
