Prompt: March 10 - Code Geass, Lelouch/Suzaku: power games - Suzaku kneeling willingly at his feet gave him a greater high than any victory.
A/N: Forgive me for being late with this. Hopefully I was somehow able to fulfill the request.
(And I'm new with springkink, writing Code Geass fanfictions and generally writing fanfictions in English so please throw me with a shoe if I messed up something)

Thousands of soldiers forced to obey. Ready to lick his boots if the need arose (mm, mud), red-rimmed eyes shining with devotion and chanting ALL HAIL LELOUCH without pause, his puppets stood in neat rows. Man after man they were nameless, faceless beings – clack clack – dancing the pattern their Emperor wanted.

ALL HAIL LELOUCH

Without any hesitation, without a flinch

ALL HAIL LELOUCH

A father, a son, a cousin, a love interest were standing there like all the rest – subjected under the mindfucking effect of Geass. After the command –

"Lelouch vi Britannia commands you – all of you shall become my slaves!"

(ALL HAIL LELOUCH)

they were stripped of their free will, caring for family, friends, relatives, tomorrow forgotten. The need for future was erased alongside the survival instinct. They had no more need for trifling things like those; they had the Emperor, the Master.

ALL HAIL LELOUCH

And that's why they satisfied the Emperor's hunger for power only for a fleeting moment.

ALL HAIL LELOUCH

He needed a strong individual to follow his commands - a knight with needs and wants and bittersweet comments.

ALL HAIL LELOUCH

Because is there anything more thrilling than having a power to dominate someone who is able to overpower you?

ALL HAIL LELOUCH

Suzaku was his because he was Lelouch (vi Britannia? Lamperouge?) - not a son of Marianne, not an emperor, not a user of Geass and not a faceless hero. And that's why every kneeling, every 'Yes your majesty', every followed command was intoxicant for him.

ALL HAIL LELOUCH

Especially Suzaku kneeling and exposing the back of his neck made him lost the moment - his knight, his foe, his friend, his counterpart giving permission to end his life. Like he would or could but even the possibility excited him.

ALL HAIL LE –

"Enough."

No more puppets, the Emperor needs a real person to play with.
