*squeals in an extremely undignified manner* Oh goodness. This is so wonderful. The way you portrayed the characters in their new setting was just flawless, and their personalities just shine through. All the historical details were delightful and perfect, and just created a wonderful, wonderful atmosphere. I loved the plot twists regarding Julian and Patrick's parentage and the references to taking a trip to Turkey. Somehow I suspect the abbot and the sheriff may end up joining them on another road trip. :) Speaking of those two, their relationship was so sweet and understated, and Harry's behavior towards Father Luke was incredibly cute. Oh, and it goes without saying that the sex scenes were incredibly hot, right? I swear, you two are the masters (mistresses?) of smoldering and intimate porn, and it has such lovely tension here.
