The Argonian bazaar was overwhelming, crowded and noisy, and so busy that nobody paid anyone else any mind at all.

Which was, Eight thought as he pressed up against the side of the stairway leading to the church, for Goddess' sake, a very fortunate thing.

Jessica was in front of him, her hands on his shoulders and her mouth devouring his; if anyone did look - and Eight was praying rather fervently that no one would - they would hopefully assume her cheeks were flushed with the passion of young love, and not notice that her skirts were shifting, not in response to the breeze, but rather in response to the Templar hiding under them.

She broke the kiss and pressed her face against his neck, panting and shaking in a way that he knew meant she was close. "How did I let you two talk me into--" he began, and broke off because she was biting him, hard, muffling the sounds she would normally make, pressed so tight against him that he couldn't have ignored her even if he'd wanted to.

He held her while her breathing steadied, and waited for Angelo to slither out into the open with a smug grin on his face.

Instead, he felt hands on his belt, and Jessica shifting away a little, enough, for a hot, slick mouth to take him in.
