So rare to read a fic that features Jeep so prominently and I just adored all the details - his distended belly, the cow shaking from his flesh rending, the tiddly-winks. He was such a perfect mirror for Hakkai, though I must confess, I've never, ever thought of Gonou/Hakkai as a cow that got plucked from its calm existence and dropped into a tree before. :-)
Strange, disturbing and somehow organic. Wonderfully written. Gojyo was gorgeous. I alwyas think I can't love him more than I already do but then I read something like this and ♥.
