Um. Have I ever expressed in words how much win you are made of?
I've recently become interesting (obsessed? lol) with Demyx being portrayed as something other than this nice little innocent Nobody and you... gah. I'm very picky about my Demyx and you always write him (and Axel) so well, and this was no exception.
I really, really liked the idea of Demyx wanting Axel to lie about missions to keep him seeming "useless," aka... keep him alive. I've always seen Demyx as someone who does what he can in order to survive long enough to get his heart back. And his entire "leading Axel to the bondage rock" (btw, bondage rock = lol good term) was somehow adorable and just a bit creepy because I figured nothing good could happen with being lead out to a remote oceanic location by Demyx...
Their conversation at the end, with the "new" story was really good as well... it's bittersweet, because he may have gotten his way by appearing useless this time but it doesn't work out for him in the end. :/
Okaaay, I'm getting rambly now... but this was very good, and :D
