That was really quite beautiful. I love how Cross doesn't know shit about music but can still appreciate the beauty of Maria's song with such sensitivity. Also, the insights into how Maria died and the injuries she sustained - I really liked that. Very well done! The relative crassness of the cunt/cock bit caught me a bit off guard, but it didn't take away from the overall effect of the story.
