Summary: Maes simply liked to have pictures of people he loved.
A/N: A drabblet. Sorry, sorry, sorry that it's so late - my internet went 'poof!' for almost a week, so I haven't been able to read or post anything, aside from a few quick glances during my lunchbreak at work.


"I really am most sorry," Hughes said, grinning a bit sheepishly. He still looked slightly singed, a circumstance which Roy chose not to comment on. "I didn't think you'd notice me."

"What were you doing there, anyway?" Edward demanded. He was, Roy reflected, slow-witted as ever when it came to these sorts of things. Luckily for Roy, he'd soon be gone from Central; even if any rumor of his involvement with Roy would surface, Roy felt confident he'd be able to deal with them. Or rather: he had felt confident he'd be able to suppress them, until today.

"Taking pictures of you and Roy," Hughes replied, starting to look cheerful again.

"Pictures of me and ... "

"Would you like to see?" Hughes offered, pulling out two rather sizeable photo-albums. "Look, I've even got one of that time you threw icecream at him ... and that time you dunked him in a fountain ... and that time he turned your steak from 'rare' into 'well-done' at that fancy restaurant ... and - "

Edward had picked up a slim, smaller photo-album that had fallen on the floor. "What's this?"

Hughes frowned and quickly snatched it out of his hands. "Sorry, Edward, you're a bit too young to look at those. They're very nice though, I can tell you that, especially considering the poor lighting in the locations where I shot them." He turned to Roy. "Why do you always pick such gloomy, out-of-the-way hotels, anyway?"

Roy sipped his coffee and contemplated murder.

We are here to lament the late totally insane stalker Maes Hughes killed by his best friend after being caught being a total perv. Poor Ed...slow on the uptake and not even allowed to see his own explicit photos. Knew that camera would send over to the very dark side...hahahaha
