Summary: Subaru wakes from a night with Seishirou…
Cigarette smoke and blood filled Subaru’s senses when he woke from reality’s nightmare. He was dimly aware of Seishirou’s arms around him, the deluding warmth secondary to the pain he felt. The body beside him shifted and a puff of smoke consumed the air. Subaru winced and coughed, the movement causing a spasm of pain that drove his head into the mattress.
The grip around his body tightened protectively. “You’re mine now. There’s not a part of you that I don’t know.”
Subaru gasped as hardness pressed against him. Blood trickled from his barely healed wound and throbbing muscle rubbed teasingly against raw skin. “Stop it!” His voice cracked.
He must have screamed for hours.
“Stop? But, this is what you wanted. What we’ve always wanted,” Seishirou said, reaching a finger around to pinch his bruised nipple.
Subaru whimpered at the touch, pain and a hint of pleasure mingling with his whirling thoughts.
He remembered.
He had screamed.
He had screamed for Seishirou.
“I…I..know.”
Seishirou chuckled and kissed his hair, trailing his lips to Subaru’s ear. He nibbled lightly on the lobe before he placed kisses on Subaru’s neck, sucking on the skin until it bruised. His teeth created a tattooed landscape of flesh as Subaru writhed beneath its touch.
“It makes you feel real, doesn’t it? The pain?”
Subaru cried out as Seishirou roughly pushed into him.
“I know it does,” Seishirou said as he looked down on him. “You want to feel the pain your sister felt when I took her away from you. You don’t want to take complete pleasure from me because it would foul her memory. You’re not pure like her. You’re sullied and stained for eternity. And you want any seed that I scatter to be drowned in blood. Worry not, for you shall be the body underneath my roots and I will suck you dry.”
The body rose beneath him and took his lips, eliciting a growl from Seishirou as he bruisingly kissed him back into the pillow. He tasted blood and laughed into Subaru’s mouth before he pulled away and touched his lip. Blood trickled from his mouth and his tongue lapped up its remnants before he thrust forward in frenzied exultation.
A white haze with crimson edges filled their visions.
Seishirou waited for Subaru to faint before he gave in to the pulses of pleasure. He drowsily collapsed onto Subaru and held him close, staying firmly within him, before he gave into his dream’s sandpaper caresses.

However I've to warn you that Seishirou's name can be written Seishirou, Seishiro, Seishiroh or Seishirō since the kana used to write it are せいしろう.
If you've seen it written Seiishirou somewhere it was likely an error in translitteration or someone who confused Seishirou's name with the one of Seiichirou Aoki...

As for Seishirou's name, I went with what was given to me on the prompt. So finding out that that's incorrect, I shall edit accordingly and take away an 'i'. ^__~!
