This is meant to be more symbolic than literal, showing Seiryuu's attachment to Seimei in ways he really wouldn't show unless I drew it. ^.^;; Poor woobie! Seiryuu doesn't want Seimei to die and leave him alone; he just wants love from the silly old man. Seimei is the type to accept death with a smile on his face, and Seiryuu would be angry at him for giving up so easily. Aiyaa, relationships between mortals and gods can be tricky.

You know how much I love the silly aspects of their relationship, being the fan of no-luv and teasing and grumping that I am-- But I dunno, this prompt just made me wanna capture a serious side to it, with Seiryuu being cutely clingy and stubborn. ^^ I'm so glad you like it! It was a fun prompt~ <3

*POINT* I KNOW THOSE CHARACTERS! I saw the movie Onmyouji and had the most delightful time slashing the two of them together.

Is there an anime or manga about them? ;~; I would be so full of squee if there was. I adored that movie. <3 XD

Yes there is! The movies are just called Onmyouji, but the anime is called Shounen Onmyouji. It's about Abe no Seimei's grandson Masahiro and his exploits with Touda, but Seimei and Seiryuu are there as well. <3
