Prompt: Pampering - When Schuldig's illness makes him irritable, Yohji decides to do a little pampering.

“I don’t feel well,” Schuldig moaned. “I think I have a fever, my head hurts - just kill me now.” His buried his head into the pillow.

“I know it hurts, sweetheart,” Yohji said in a soothing voice. He sat beside Schuldig and coaxed his face away from the pillow lest he actually suffocate. He got Schuldig to drink some water before he placed a cool hand on Schuldig’s forehead.

“That feels nice.”

“You’re burning up,” Yohji said. “Let’s get you out of these clothes.”

“Now that’ll make me feel better.”

“The sooner you get the better, the sooner we can do that again,” Yohji chuckled.

He helped Schuldig out of his clothes and dipped a washcloth into some cool water, wringing it out before placing it on Schuldig’s forehead. He picked up another cloth, dipped it into the water, and placed it against Schuldig’s chest.

“Cold!”

“Sorry,” Yohji said. He gently dabbed the rest of Schuldig’s body, taking care to massage around his thighs. He lightly blew onto the areas he sponged and watched the goose bumps rise on Schuldig’s skin.

Schuldig writhed beneath his touch, twisting into the sheets.

Yohji covered Schuldig with some blankets once he finished cleaning him. Schuldig started to shiver and Yohji crawled beneath the blankets. He rubbed Schuldig’s arms and smiled when the other man nuzzled against him. He held Schuldig in his arms and kissed him.

“Sleep and get some rest. I’ll be here when you wake.”

“You won’t leave?”

“No, I won’t leave, Schuldig. I’ll be by your side when you need me.”
