After all was said and done, Dennis Creevey still preferred inanimate photographs over moving, wizarding ones. They left so much for the imagination to reconstruct, that it was convenient to forget a few aspects along the way.
Like guilt. Like shame.
His brother's wide eyes looked straight out of the frame, unwavering, shining in complement to the carefree grin. It could very well be for him.
