Prompt: Transformers (G1), Metroplex/Red Alert: hero worship crush - In hindsight, Metroplex had to admit that leaving love notes in the encryption of Red Alert's security files had probably not been the best way to declare his affections.
A/N: I'm sorry it's late. It was finals week at school, so I was busy with those and couldn't post this.


"It's a Decepticon trap!" Red Alert yelled, looking at Optimus and Prowl. "They've managed to hack into our security systems!" He looked around nervously, panicking over the simple messages he'd been receiving in his security files. "W-What do we do i-if a Decepticon h-has infiltrated the A-Ark?!"

"Red Alert," Optimus started. "Calm yourself down." He waited for the other Autobot to stop moving around frantically. "Now, from the beginning, tell us what is going on."

"S-Someone's been hacking into m-my security files. I k-keep getting messages f-from an anonymous source! They shouldn't be a-able to hack from the o-outside." Red Alert wrung his hands, staring at Optimus. "There has to be s-something you can do!"

"What kind of messages?" Prowl asked.

Red Alert opened his mouth to speak, but didn't say anything, too embarrassed to.

"Well?"

Metroplex, all the while, could hear every little bit of the conversation. In hindsight, Metroplex had to admit that leaving love notes in the encryption of Red Alert's security files had probably not been the best way to declare his affections.
