A/N: Set post-game, but primarily focuses on events that occur pre-game (supposed to be a whole flashback thing, sorta). I fell in love with the prompt but once I started writing, I fell in love with the pairing. =3 I hope others do too. Oh, and yeah, apparently Penelo had older brothers (she mentions this in FFXII: RW) but it's never stated how many so I went with four because that's what I always picture. ^^; And sorry for the late fic!

A/N: Of all the claims I made, this one stuck out the most to me (and therefore was the first one I wrote). I didn't do anything special perhaps, I just took three particular moments you see in the anime and elaborated on them, showing them from Julia's perspective (since we mostly see Spike's in the anime). The lyric prompt was kind of tricky to use, at least incorporating the whole thing. Though 'the shorter story' isn't mentioned in the fic, the whole thing is the shorter story (in a way). XD So maybe I kind of cheated on that bit, but I got the rest in. Enjoy!

I actually went for a decent story here, with action, fighting, and molesting all rolled over a decent plot. Perhaps it feels a little rushed, but I'm not all too great with novel length fics. ^^; I'm working on that though. One day I'll have great long fics, lol. o.o Let me know if anyone's OOC, btw.

Also, since there's no blatant sexual descriptions of the rape, this fic earns it R rating, though I itch to bring up the rating (but the fic just doesn't make the cut for NC17). Er, other notes... ._.; Um, apparently my morals are bendy enough to allow me to write rape fics? >.>;; Not that is the first rape fic I wrote (just the first one in a long time). Btw, I've loved this movie and book since I was little and I've always wondered if something like this may have happened.
