A/N: This was actually the first prompt I completed, decided I didn't like it at all yesterday, and then this hit me while at work this morning. Good timing, too! Anyway, the prompt is: “Final Fantasy XII: Fran/Balthier: Family - closer ties than blood,” and I had a lot of fun with this.
