1. Tell me about a springkink prompt that you claimed thinking that you had a grasp on it, a vision so to speak. You knew exactly where you wanted to go, only to be derailed by the characters, the plot, your muse, your cat ... You name it! Tell me what happened. Where you able to muddle through it?

2. Tell me about one that just clicked for you. You had an idea, the words flowed and bam, done. Were you happy with the finished product?

I see what you mean there. Although, I think it has at least as much to do also with my tendency to make everything I write REALLY DEPRESSING, and your strange and fascinating habit of writing plot and games and solutions and /life/ out of a fundament of dead people. (s'one of the reasons I never got that into YnM, I think - what's the point of writing depressing stories about dead people who are demonstrably more fucked up than I could ever make them? And besides, Dorian already has that angle covered.)

^^ I'll get it out of the uni library and have a go reading it on the eight-hour train journey home in a couple of weeks. It sounds like a thing that would benefit from a concentrated period of nothing-to-but-READ.
